You get 7 straight days off a month among others sprinkled in during that time. Most of the other employees were great to get along with.

Pay is to low for the amount of work you have to do. You are wore out every time you work. Management in Crushing creates very stressful work environment and belittles employees at times. Management in Crushing department out of touch with the ability of what can actually be done with the small amount of employees they have left after they laid so many people off. That’s the reason you are so wore out usually.
