Pros
Most weekends off. Short 8 hour days for the most part. A small group of employees. Decent management and some ok people to work with. Pay is good for what everyone does.
Kontras
Gets hot in the summer and if you work in the forge shop you better be ready to down a few gallons of water a day. Some of the employees are lazy and immature. Holidays were rearranged by corporate and they took away our long Christmas break to comply with their holiday schedule forcing holidays the company original gave up to have the longer Christmas break.
