Sales orders entered less than lead time for no reason that is necessary, everyone is overloaded with work. 20% of the people actually do that work, 80% either say it’s not their job or state that they don’t know how. Most directors will throw you under the bus so they don’t look bad. Most people are too focused on pointing fingers instead of working to resolve issues.
