Pros
Benefits and time off are solid for the industry. No super long night/weekend requirements. The non-retail parts of the bank seem to have a more compassionate environment than retail.
Kontras
Sales "pressure" with a flawed system, technology is behind other banks, some parts of the bank are very silo'd and it's hard to get different parts of the bank to be singing from the same songbook. Hard to get advancement opportunities outside of Wilmington or Philadelphia.
