1. The pay (tempted to say this is the only pro). 2. My hiring manager, and the new maintenance manager are good people.
Kontras
Culture and leadership. Teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring is non-existent. Senior leadership prefers utilizing methods of intimidation in order to influence PMs to produce better results. Senior leadership doesn’t have enough experience to understand that this doesn’t work, or to know any better. I gave them a pass, quickly realizing/noting the company’s youth. Consequently, employee moral suffers and the good pay is often not worth it for most WPD employees.
