Regular hours and work week, set routine, paid sick days (although be prepared to be treated poorly if you use any)

Branch manager spends all day doing as little as possible and rarely puts in a full day, rampant favoritism, no adherence to safety or discipline policies, wages are terrible considering the amount of work that is expected. Drivers are required and expected to break traffic laws in order to make delivery timetables. Training is non-existent. Turnover is off the charts.
