Some training opportunities. Responsive HR. Some structure to the role.

Culture of bullying allowed and called "banter" whenever anyone calls it up. You are promised the world before joining but get none of the training when you get there. Saturated with Psychologists and other professions treated unfairly. Senior management are toxic and undermine nurses and nurse training opportunities limited, particularly for physical health training. There is cronyism when it comes to promotions within the Trust. Most of senior managers are Psychologists.
