      Pros

      The vacation policy is ok. Middle management is nice. Peers are great and helpful.

      This used to be a great place to work before the new president took over. He made a lot of bad decisions and between that and the oil and gas industry having a downturn, the company is now doing poorly. To combat this they laid off a lot of people but, of course, upper management and VPs kept their jobs.

      - Erstaunliche (multikulturelle) Mitarbeiter. - Tolles Arbeitsumfeld. - Hybride Arbeitstage (3 Tage im Büro, 2 Tage remote). - Okayes Management – Hilfsbereite Kollegen. - Sie schätzen Mitarbeiter, die seit mehr als 10 Jahren dort arbeiten, und viele sind schon seit über 20 Jahren dabei. - Normalerweise wird intern befördert und nur bei Bedarf ausgelagert. - Tolle Zusatzleistungen. - Fantastische Schulung. - Sehr geduldig.

      - Sehr zeitaufwändige Aufgaben. - Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der industriellen Messung von Druck und Heizprodukten erforderlich. - Sehr stressig. - Dienstalter ist alles, da Leute dort 10, 15 oder sogar 30 Jahre vor Ihnen gearbeitet haben. - Unterdurchschnittliches Gehalt. - Sehr hohes E-Mail-Aufkommen.
