1. Good work culture 2. Easy to file ideas and apply for patents - you get paid for even submitting an idea 3. Friendly managers - quite easy to approach and discuss 4. 6month bonuses called STIs 5. Leaves can be taken easily 6. Initial pay is good

1. Still use py27 2. Stressful environment during project milestones 3. Compensation review should be done based on the contributions made and should be done more frequently - first 2 years of joining it's the same for all regardless of how good you perform 4. Employee recognition needs to improve 5. New joinees get paid the same (or even more) as an employee with 1-2 years of experience in the same company. 6. Mediocre employee benefits.

- Despite its strong position, the company does trim headcount for the sake of efficiency - Work ethic seems complacent, but is offset by company's strong financial standing - Management can be cut-throat, but strong performers usually do well - Salaries are below market rate
