Pros

Good compress work week schedule to have more time in your family, consistent incentive twice a year really help you in your expenses, medical covers both parents that really help you feel the relief going to hospital specially if your parent in old <65.

Kontras

Frequent reorganization put you career in jeopardy and job security into risk, politics is very high for the high level position that maybe expected due to long tenure in the company. Multiple manager level in the department with minimal amount of work. Salary are not align to the bracket per level, sometimes below the bracket.
