There are no pros at all

Run run run. Upper WCD management does nothing to protect employees who are employed by agencies. No drug test required, employees using drugs in the workplace, on their breaks and then operating machinery, forklifts. No training whatsoever and expect you to be a mind reader about procedures, safety issues etc. . .
