Grace was a good company before they went private. Now they’re in the midst of a layoff program but refusing to call them layoffs. The whole program has been in complete disarray with senior leadership unable to provide the basic information like end dates or severances. They’ve also told several teams that layoffs are coming but let them stew for over a month before finally making the decision who to let go.
