The management team seem to be stuck in the 1970's! Safety is literally laughed at here, harassment is commonplace as well as the violation of labor laws. Health insurance is very expensive, wages are among the lowest, if not the lowest, through- out the company nationwide. The chemical operators are treated very badly compared to the other employees on site.
