Pros
Hard to think of any. The pay rate is very high but coupled with cons its not worth it. The safety program is pretty good and they seem to care about the environment.
Kontras
Egotistical incompetent managers who know zilch and have the interpersonal skills of yaks. Completely unrealistic production scheduling goals and god forbid should you fail your shift numbers for ANY reason! I had talked with many employees at other locations and it seemed these issues were everywhere within Grace. Grace's HR department services as their KGB and CIA all rolled into one, don't ever talk to them as it'll fly back to your manager before you hang up the phone.
