Pros
They'll basically hire anyone, easy job to obtain. The location I work for starts everyone as a courtesy clerk (the bottom of the chain) which is really stupid but it's easy to move departments and get hired.
Kontras
Management is more like mismanagement. The union is totally unfair especially if you don't plan on working for the full 6 months in order to actually obtain benefits. 15 bucks out of every paycheck really doesn't help when you're trying to make money. Also, there aren't enough hours to go around, management bases hours off of sales from the previous year so it's completely irrelevent and a lot of the time they are understaffed.
