Pros
For VGCS: Generally very good and knowledgable developers and helpful people. Good/okay tech stack in backend and frontend. Good work life balance. I am swedish so I can not comment on diversity inclusion just gave it a 3 star as average.
Kontras
Very low salary. Some managers have quite bad communication skills. They can be political and implicit on their remarks and commands. Extremely poor understanding on the domain as well as performance and seniority of the team and team members. Scrum masters are not really scrum masters but just micro managers in the name of managers. They usually blame suppliers for everything that happens without much reason. Lost in politics and ego. High level of corporate bs. and culture discourse. Extremely boring and silent meetings where people do not speak up their mind on a solution. It is very hard to take action on the tech stack modify it etc. since it is decided by other people in another team.
