Hours can be quite long during peak program times.

Loved working with the people at VIA. They are all so clearly passionate about the work they do and it creates a wonderful work environment that motivates you to go to work everyday.

Leading some of the programs can be hard because of the long hours, but I think in the end it's rewarding.
