As such, we have a number of internal channels, be it anonymous or direct, to enable our employees to provide any constructive feedback or raise any concerns that they may have. The wellbeing of our staff is a top priority as well as our commitment to creating a transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees. Whilst your line manager is typically your first point of call, should you wish to raise any concerns, our HR team is always available for confidential dialogues.
Maintaining a work-life balance is important to us. The use of timesheets is a standard practice for any company operating in the service sector and the purpose of these is to enable us to monitor capacity and utilisation, and to understand the areas where we need to allocate resources. To support the growing business demands we have also been recruiting for additional headcount throughout the year as well as promoting opportunities for internal progression.
