- Open communication between employees and management - No evening or weekend hours required - Great coworkers - Lots of employee events and activities

- Pay could be better - Not much growth in this position - The open office environment can be noisy and distracting

Pay was okay, and coworkers are super helpful

Supervisor lacks communication to the point where you are just relying on your coworkers, health insurance sucks, can’t really take full breaks unless you want it docked from your pay, it takes forever to move up in chain (also not a lot of opportunity with no positions like leads or managers- just have normal employee and supervisor positions)
