Task allocation is unclear, priorities shift daily, and project ownership is missing at every level. Unprofessional work culture — lack of discipline, frequent disturbances, and an overall non-collaborative environment. Management lacks transparency and accountability. Feedback and communication are one-sided. Employees can be terminated without valid reasons once their work is completed. In my case, I was released after two months under an unjustified claim related to my interview — raised long after joining. Third-party interview processes cause further confusion, with no internal evaluation or technical oversight. Leadership do not maintain any consistent process or fairness in decision-making.
