- The company is so cheap that they don't want to give raises to anyone, i've worked for a good 6 years without any wage increase. The longest person that has been here for 8 years got denied for a raise. - The company easily makes 1.5-2 million dollars - They could care less about your health due to inhaling the fumes -All they care about is money, they are extremely ungrateful and only care about what goes into their pockets -They don't listen to any good/ valuable inputs. Its only a way thing. -Salesman do not get the freedom to sale however they want, its all micromanaged. - They will fire you at ease -They will lie and tell you that you stole from the company and offer no proof, they have done this to a good 7 people. -They don't know what Art is, all they can do is lay stencils down and critique other artist about how bad their art truly is. They will degrade you in many ways. - They will also lie about giving breaks, but in reality they get upset when we take breaks. -They do not have a clock in system -
