Team activities + in-office snacks/drinks. Cross-departmental meetings to make sure everyone is on top of trends, requests, and smooth running of website.
Kontras
Customer success team isn't included as much. Management does not take feedback well; doesn't like questions, even if it is to satisfy curiosity or to make it make sense. Was lied to during interviews that weekends are optional, they were required. To take time off, you even have to request weekends even if you aren't on the schedule. Have to keep following up on timeoff requests, date of submission doesn't matter, it just gets lost in management email. Very hard to get a raise.
