This is not good company for knowledgeable and hard workers. If you have good relationship with supervisor then you will grow otherwise not.

To much faviouritsam I didn't see in my life. If you don't have knowledge then please do not join but if you don't know anything then please join you will definitely grow in this company.in short if there is difference between BJP/Congress and visionet environment. People do hard work but finally they will put another people on his head and all credit will gives to that person who didn't do anything.
