5yThank you for your review. It is good to know that you were pleased with VisionWeb’s benefit offerings, perks, and paid time-off (PTO) program.
It is important to VisionWeb that our employees have a work-life balance and that they take off the time they need and want. To show how serious the company is about this, during the beginning stages of the COVID-19 pandemic when most employees were not taking vacation time since most people were not going anywhere, VisionWeb instituted four well-being days (one per quarter) for employees to just unplug and unwind for at least one day each and every quarter. The company wanted to make sure that even if employees were not traveling and taking their regular vacations that they still took time away from work. Those well-being days are in addition to our robust PTO program that has 9 paid holidays, a floating holiday, a volunteer day, and a birthday PTO day. On a regular basis, our managers review how much time their team members have taken off to make sure they are taking enough time off. Managers work with the team to make sure work needs are met when an employee is out of the office.
Since this review was originally posted, our processes and procedures have greatly improved. The team has restructured how they handle both implementations and accounts. The manager and team leads of this team provide ample training and support for both new and seasoned employees, but also give them the flexibility and freedom to do their own work.
