Micro-Management in some departments. Very annoying for those who like autonomy. PAY- starting well below median, standard C.O.L.A. raises yearly, which means it will take a while to even reach a decent standard of living. Then the salary CAPS kick in based on your job title/department. Advancement- NON-EXISTENT, there is cross training.
