Terrific company. Family owned, creative, and professional. Flexible hours, great people, and opportunities for growth. VDSLA has made a name for itself in Long Beach and across the country.

None. This is a terrific company and I have no negative input. I was with the company for 11 years.

Highly creative, talented teammates. The people really make this place what it is. There is an incredible amount of talent there. Fun work environment.

Lack of clarity on strategy (or lack of communication of that strategy). Not clear where the agency is headed or what a given individual's role in contributing to that growth might be. Little variety in client base and emphasis on for-profit education clients. Basic processes are not in place, documented, or communicated for training purposes, and process changes are cumbersome and too time-consuming considering the agency's small size. Finally, there seems to be little to no consideration of employees' professional growth or what it takes to retain talent.
