Biased to senior members in the team. Uneven work distribution in the team. You would give lot of projects even upon completing successfully there would be no remunerations provided. Roles and responsibility are not well defined. Micromanagement. No Career growth and very poor work culture (may be not exist). Unnecessary pressure created by top management. Low salary. Market standard levels are not be matched. Very Poor work-life balance. Most of the time you will be asked extend your day and you have to take care of your own transport. I personally would not recommend this company for any of professional out there not even for second option also. If you are a person who is looking for work life balance, job satisfaction and peace of mind at work then this is not your company.
