Refuses to pay competitive salary Refuses to hire help for those departments that need it (unless it is finance). Even when auditors tell you to hire help, refuse to do so. Members of Senior Management have no clue what needs to be done and contradict members who are SMEs for their own professional gain with poor results. Budget planning is nonsensical and insulting.
