As others said- I spent more time watching training videos for the software we use than I received on the actual job I did. Training was a lot of "do this, click this" with no reasoning. Told to go by the outdated procedures, then was treated very cynically when I asked For help. Never enough work Given to me to keep Me busy for a full Day but was reprimanded if I left My desk.
