      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, good work environment, all fellow staff members are all college students as well. They work around your class schedule.

      Kontras

      Nothing really, if I had to say anything it would be working Friday or Saturday nights. But there's a decent system of switching off who has to work these times.

      Pros

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
