Pros
The company really cares about culture. There is a whole committee that is dedicated to making sure everyone has a communication path to upper leadership to talk about the company's culture and how employees want to see it improve. Senior management really does listen to employee feed back and tries really hard to incorporate it into any upcoming changes or does their best to explain why they can't. They are always very open about the state of the company and definitely sees its people as its highest asset.

The company is definitely going through some growing pains. Sometimes changes are slow to be enacted. There are definitely times of high stress that can put the whole team on edge, but usually everyone walks away feeling accomplished.
