Virtually non. One star is too much for this company. I thought long and hard about anything positive but there just is nothing.

This was by far the worst job experience I ever had, and I have had quite a few. A company that has no regard for their employees and values then only in terms of how much you can squeeze out of you before discarding you. 13 hour days are expected and often exceeded, weekend work regular and routine. Senior experts are hired to only execute strategy-free non value-added orders. Volatile work environment with swaths of employee being fired without notice or reason, regardless of your tenure on the company being only a few months or over a decade. Extreme high pressure environment with no reward. Incredibly disorganized and extremely hierarchical. I do not know one person in this company who isn't extremely demotivated and miserable. My advice to anyone who considers a job there: unless you have an overdeveloped tendency towards masochism.... run! Run as fast as you can and stay as far away as possible.
