Pros

They promote within so there is never a supervisor or someone above you that was brought from the outside. There are many ways to make extra money with bonuses and all you need to do is show up and do your job well. They also offer a shift called weekend warrior. You work 12.5 three day shifts ( two of them being weekends at least and one week day) a total of 36 hours of work and 1.5 unpaid lunch and get paid for 40 hours. And anything over 36 is o/t. There is also a $2 shift differential from 11pm-6am.

Kontras

Again though there are promotion opportunities they are very few. Though the company was recently bought so the openings may start occurring more often.

Pros

Kontras

The company itself appears to have no direction. Too much of an agent's time is spent logging maintenance requests and answering calls from section 8 tenants than it is actively monitoring the quirky and outdated equipment on the properties they serve. Agents are paid barely above minimum wage to do 3 or more tasks at once, under high stress and scrutiny. The company pretends to compensate for this in bonus payouts, based on performance reviews, but this acts more of a reward system for the employees they want to retain. More often than not, their systems go down, a camera glitches, or, as in one case, the phones go down and employees are told to call in maintenance requests on their personal phones. The CEO Brad is uncomfortable around employees and presents no leadership qualities, and this toxicity carries down through the rest of the upper management. Employees are not trusted and are actively monitored around the building, and supervisors are given access to this in ways that allow them to humiliate other employees. Overall, this is not a company that is growing -- it is barely staying alive, and it shows.
