-Small company doing exciting things in a very very stagnant industry. -Smart and dedicated group of individuals that are loyal to a fault

-Founder does not know how to actually grow and scale the business -2 CEOs left during my short time there while the founder kept doing his thing -Founder is now the CEO - not sure wtf is wrong with the board of this company

I cannot imagine any. The rest of the industry's heavy hitters have slowly chipped away at the features provided by their product. There were very smart people in the engineering group but most of them have since left.

There was really never any solid leadership or clear direction. The board cycles through CEO's every three to four years.
