Pros
Startup environment, room for creativity.
Kontras
The biggest issue is the sheer amount of responsibilities piled onto the team due to the very slim staff. Everyone is stretched thin, trying to juggle too many tasks with little support.
To make matters worse, the CEO is incredibly indecisive and seems to make decisions without thinking them through. There’s a lack of clear direction, and we often end up changing course on projects at the last minute, which creates chaos and confusion.
Perhaps the most unsettling part of the job is the constant threat of layoffs. There’s no communication or warning, and people can lose their jobs out of nowhere, leaving the rest of the team on edge.
Overall, it's a toxic, unstable work environment that I would not recommend. It’s difficult to stay motivated or feel secure when you're dealing with such poor leadership and constant uncertainty.
