Great product, good workers who are loyal and want to succeed.

Management is more about ego than building a quality team. They are more worried about their own power and control than retaining quality staff. So many lost opportunities with employees that they “fire” just for personal or power struggle reasons instead of any legitimate issue with quality of work or personality. Such a better company to work for with previous management.
