Location, gossip!!!!, culture of blame, not enough parking, company has no real heart. HIGH turnover rate. Always jobs posted because no one stays! If you are a person of color, ask hard questions in the interview about diversity and past issues with upper management. There is a reason a diversity committee now exists.
