Nobody does "corporate" veterinary medicine better, and this is coming from a former long-time Banfield doctor who worked as an associate, Chief of Staff, and Medical Director. Our support and corporate teams truly work for us and that goes all the way up to our President/Founder. Each hospital has its own personality/culture, methods, practice models, and rather than trying to make the growing company a "one size fits all" each location is allowed to do what it does best to grow and thrive. The partner ownership model is the only one of its kind in our profession. Individual growth is nurtured to the same extent and ideas for trying new things are always welcome.

Honestly the only real complaint I have is that maintenance issues can take a while to resolve because of our maintenance team being stretched across the entire state of NC.
