Vestcom hires many resources as contractor-to-perm using staffing agencies. The consulting periods vary based on management needs -- leaving the contractors in a state of flux for an undetermined amount of time. Not all contactors are hired. Contractors generally keep their options open and continue to seek permanent employment as a safety net. Far too much effort in the development of products and services.
