Eg, short turnovers between shifts, increasingly common double-shifts, and an account manager that rarely seems to show up. -Not much upward mobility. -Corporate should care more about their accounts. -Officers expected to have completely open availability at all times. -Schedule has a nasty way of being completely changed for everyone with less than one week of notice.

It's very easy to get hired (they have VERY low standards). If you are drug-free, have no criminal history, and possess a heartbeat and a pulse you'll get hired.

Vescom subscribes to a corporate culture based on nepotism, despotism and favoritism. Promotions are made under the table - contrary to their written corporate guidelines - and are based solely on the relationship with site management. Account managers with little or no experience are supervising guards with 20+ years of experience, and the outcome is reflected in a very high employee turnover rate. Finally, the pay is one of the lowest in the industry, further impacting the high employee turnover rate.
