Pros
- Flexible hours if needed, but not always accpeted. - Carries similar benefits to most technology companies (401k, stock options, health benefits, etc.). - Ability to learn a complex technology tool. - Customer success team is top-notch. - Great human-beings as a whole. - Learn how to be resourceful. Have to do a lot with a little.
Kontras
- Small opportunity for growth - The company is small and the customer acquisition is low if not non-existent resulting in little to no growth in revenue and therefore need. - Leadership is inconsistent with the stated core values of the company. Typically hypocritical. - CEO and CPO (both so-called "Founders" have grandiose statements about the company, but are not based on reality - The product and the market do not support their statements. - Leadership not willing to invest resources to help revenue-based teams hit goals, but expect that of them. - CPO consistently involved in team meetings that don't require his oversight and he consistently derails those team meetings. - Leadership only recognizes people that are in office. Remote or WFH employees get somewhat ostracised.
