In the beginning they seem like a great family run business who cares for and respects its employees.

After that wears off, you realize that they are a family business ran by teenagers and their older mother, and they are ONLY looking out for THEIR family. Toxic and abusive environment, promises that turn into lies and constant screaming and fighting that go on between the toxic relationship of Mother and Son. I’m shocked police were not called while I was employed there. Once you restructure their faulty ways of running a business, they fire you so that they can run the business cheaper. But after countless employees can admit, it never changes. You never know if your paycheck is coming or they will make an excuse for why you should be paid less for the week. It’s a cycle that has gone on for years, with the same result every time that cycle ends. Look around at the other employees, and you realize no one is happy and nothing is secure. Promises of salary raises, that never come, so my advice, run while you can. I am not a disgruntled ex-worker trying to bash them, I’m stating facts that can be easily proven. Also intend on being bossed around by an inexperienced teenager that doesn’t want to be there and treats you as the petty low-life worker they believe you to be. In the end, the business could collapse at any minute, and they don’t change a thing to break the cycle.
