Theres minimum room for growth, because its a call center theres a lot of drama. The employees date each other and it's very uncomfortable. The schedule changes constantly and supervisor show favoritism when it comes it issuing vacation and time off.

They are lenient with their absentee policy.

No raises ever never ever!!!!
