Pros
This is a really great company to work for. I see this a lot with Glassdoor reviews - you'll have companies with large sales or support teams where employees may get frustrated, or underperform and leave, then they'll leave negative reviews. Because of the sheer number of employees in these roles, it really drags down the average for the company. I feel the score is very unfair and not at all representative of my actual experience. The people are fantastic and support each other. They are generally smart and committed to their roles as well. Leadership actually cares about the employees and the company is always growing and full of opportunity. If you want experience in any area, you can get it.

While you may get hired at a good salary, in 2 or 3 years you will likely have to leave Vertafore in order to get paid market value. This is why I left. If this weren't the case, I 100% would have stayed at the company. This problem isn't unique to Vertafore, it's fairly common, but it's still a problem and is important to be aware of.
