I guess it’s a paycheck

Continue to push out substandard products and left customer support be therapists/diplomats/ and tech support cleaning up the mess. Major cybersecurity flaws in the software. Constant crashes, not antiquated scripts, products don’t work with each other, and if a customer leaves and goes to a different system then their data is “lost” or “corrupted” or “incomplete”. Could be intentional or just plain incompetence, honestly could be either. That’s just how this company operates. Oh, and it’s not remote or even hybrid, you have to spend a good portion of your monthly income on parking.

•An extremely strong company culture with values that are far more than just words on a marketing flyer. •Genuine opportunities for career advancement and low employee turnover rates. Employees have a reason to stay. •Leadership that listens to feedback and acts on it. •A fun and flexible work environment. Most positions are hybrid but the Denver office has plenty of company events and perks for in-office days.

•Insurance is a timeless industry. Being a technology company in this market means some things move extremely fast, while others move slow.

Pros

Good benefits, great culture, great managers, and good work/life balance. Fair opportunity for advancement, although openings for promotion can be limited within smaller locations of the company. Great company for entry level candidates.
