Good pay and benefits. Mostly nice co-workers only when not in the same team. Really good people in other BUs (US)

An insecure, immature and incompetent leadership team An extremely toxic company culture that equates employees to dollars saved. Highest employee turnover rate. Good people don't stay. Discriminatory and highly selfish middle management which can and will go to any extent to save its place at the cost of pride, conscience and morality. Honesty and broad mindedness are not practiced virtues. A spineless and effectively useless HR which can't and won't address the above.
