Compensation good, especially for the undereducated. Sales Reps are very well-respected and well-compensated. Team spirit is often very high.
Kontras
Terrible, TERRIBLE, lack of co-ordination between the krytocrats and the ground-level employees. Initial training is very good, but afterwards Senior Management's lack of respect for their employees as assets kicks in and expectations are never communicated well down the chain of command.
