CEO will message you if you’re leaving and inform you about how you affected their small business instead of congratulating you for moving on. They will not give you bonuses at the end of the fiscal year even if you have worked the whole year with them and are leaving (discretionary). The family vibe the CEO shows is only when she feels like it and you will be told that layoffs will happen because of your departure.
