1. Benefits are extremely high and offer only the bare minimum that the law requires an employer to carry. 2. Extremely low pay with no raises. I've been working here for years and have never gotten a salary increase, nor has any of my co-workers who have also been here for multiple years. 3. No advancement. You are bombarded with new responsibilities and no advancement opportunities. There's no where to go. 4. Leave accrual is a joke.
