Unorganized, lack of leadership, unprofessional, micromanaging, low pay - Assistant Portfolio Manager bei Veritable: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Do not work at this company! The managers here are complete micromanagers. My own manager, asked me to leave my home to go somewhere and find internet throughout the peak of Covid. The complete lack of consideration and sympathy is outrageous. My manager's manager does not even understand basic financial investment principles. Managment in general has terrible communication and does not take the time at all to help a new employee, learn and grow within the firm. The salary is extremely low compared the minimum industry standard.
